I hate feeling pain, so I avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, avoiding pain doesn’t eliminate the underlying cause of my aches and pains, which only exacerbates them in the long run. Chiropractic therapy can help me find ways to deal with my health issues instead of avoiding them, giving me better overall health as a result.
